About Us

44 Blue’s authentic brand of storytelling has had a major influence on the nonfiction television landscape for over three decades across broadcast, streaming, cable, first-run syndication, and digital platforms. In 2022, the Emmy, GLAAD, and Peabody Award-winning producers joined The North Road Company, a global multi-genre film and TV studio that includes Chernin Entertainment (Ford v Ferrari, New Girl) and Words + Pictures (The ESPYs).

44 Blue is known for having one of the industry’s deepest slates of celeb-reality programming with A-list partners, including successful series with Mark Wahlberg, Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy (A&E’s twice Emmy®-nominated “Wahlburgers” and “Donnie Loves Jenny”), Whoopi Goldberg (Oxygen’s “Strut” and BET/Centric’s “According to Alex”), Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Dany Garcia’s Seven Bucks Productions (HBO’s “Rock and a Hard Place” and Fuse’s “Clash of the Corps”), Chloe Grace Moretz (Snap’s award-winning “Coming Out”), Jay Ellis (“All the Single Ladies” for OWN), Khloe Kardashian (ID’s “Twisted Sisters” and “Twisted Love”), and legendary producer Dick Wolf (NBC's "LA Fire & Rescue" and A&E's upcoming "Nightwatch: NOLA Homicide").

44 Blue’s slate also includes Netflix’s breakout hits “Jailbirds” and “Life After Death with Tyler Henry,” A&E’s top-rated “Nightwatch” and Fox’s “First Responders Live," both produced in association with Dick Wolf, Oxygen's "Sin City Murders" and franchise builder "Real Murders of Orange County," together with sister series set in Atlanta and Los Angeles

44 Blue strength developing across multiple genres is evident in Tru TV’s comedic  “Backyard Bar Wars,” Vice’s Emmy-nominated “Dark Side of Football,” syndicated talk show “The TD Jakes Talk Show” and MSNBC’S critically acclaimed “Lockup” and its trio of spinoff series “Lockup: Raw,” “Lockup: World Tour” and “Life After Lockup."

Among its award-winning series are Style’s Emmy® nominated “Split Ends,” Spike’s “Deadliest Warrior,” OWN’s Gracie Award-winning “Married to the Army: Alaska,” PBS Peabody Award-winning early childhood series "A Place of Our Own" and Emmy®-nominated “Family Court with Judge Penny."

And on the brand side, 44 Blue has created content for Google Pixel, Bumble, Lyft, and others.

44 Blue is represented by the William Morris Endeavor Agency and is a Realscreen 100 company.
